This is a large 3 story, 4 BR/3.5 BA house located just outside of the popular Ghent district in and walking distance to many breweries, restaurants & coffee shops! This is a fast growing area of town and for good reason, we’re so exited to host you!

    •Fully stocked kitchen including kids cups & plates

    •4 large bedrooms (2 of the bedrooms are master bedrooms!)

    •Pack n play & high chair to lighten your load if traveling with kids

    •Sleep is extremely important to us, so we installed all new premium memory foam mattresses in each room

    •Full use washer/dryer

    •50” smart TV in living room to connect to all of your streaming apps (Netflix, Amazon prime, & Disney Plus included with your stay)

  • Dogs are more than welcome! We love our fur babies and understand what it is like to find places to travel with them. Due to the extra cleaning requirements/precautions we take after pets stay with us, we charge a $100 pet fee and $50 for each additional pet. Sorry, we do not allow cats.

    We have added a firepit in the backyard! We do not supply firewood, but you are welcome to bring your own!

    Per city rules and regulations, we are required to have 3 Ring cameras on the exterior of our property. One is on our front door, one is in our back yard, and one is in our driveway. They are motion activated, records audio and video, and is active during reservations. This is for your safety as well as ours. There is also a Minut decibel monitoring device located on the 1st floor. Minut is a smart device that measures decibel levels in the property and allows us to respond to extremely loud and sustained volumes. It does not record conversation, it only measures decibel levels. This helps us to avoid unauthorized parties. We aim to have happy guests and happy neighbors!

  • Alisha is a great host. She went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful. The place had everything you might need to accommodate a large group. The house was neat and clean. Plenty of parking and very close to downtown Norfolk. I would stay here again. Highly recommended.

  • We loved our stay. The house was pristine and our dog loved the yard. Alisha was very quick to respond and the check-in/check-out process was quick and easy. Several breweries and restaurants within walking distance, and driving to VA Beach was no more than 20-25 minutes. Would definitely recommend.

  • I felt safe with family. Parking was free and readily available along the street as well as listing has its own, close to downtown. overall, it was worth the money spent.

  • Great family friendly place, host thought about all of the small details for having small kids. Kids plates, high chairs, baby shampoo, and quiet location. Stayed here with grandparents for a wedding in town. Awesome restaurant locations close by. The rooms were huge and comfy beds. Stayed here comfort as a family, a 5 minute drive to downtown Norfolk. Thanks for making our stay so much fun.
